we stayed at Peking Youth and had a great experience! the location was perfect, situated in the Hutongs near fantastic restaurants and major tourist attractions. Despite being on a busy commercial street, the hostel itself was surprisingly quiet. the rooms were immaculately clean, and the entire hostel and cafe were tastefully decorated and well-maintained. the staff went above and beyond, being incredibly friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the cozy living room area with free wifi and hot water. it felt like a homely and safe place to stay. Cons: Nothing bad to say 😊.

We loved the cozy and homey atmosphere of the hostel, with its plants and comfy couches. The stylish cafe area with indoor plants added a nice touch. The location near the train station and novelty shops provided a great night life experience. The authentic restaurant we found had reasonably priced food. it was a perfect place for a family stay.

Great location in the heart of a lively hutong with easy access to shops, restaurants, bars, and street food. Metro station nearby. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are willing to assist with travel plans. Free WIFI available in some parts of the property. A computer is also available in the common area.
Payment only accepted in cash, not credit card. WIFI can be unreliable in certain areas of the property.

I really liked the location of the hostel, it's perfect for railway travel, just a short 6-minute walk from the Nanluo metro station. The facilities, staff, and Peking cafe were all top-notch. The room I stayed in was great for single travelers, and even though there was a problem with the hot water for the shower, it was quickly and properly fixed. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, they even speak English. The hostel is situated in a beautiful touristy area, yet the rooms are quiet. They have a lovely common area and there's even a terrace where you can enjoy a drink. They also organize trips to the Great Wall and there's a safe available for valuables. All in all, it's a great value for money.
I felt really comfortable during my stay, no complaints.

I had a lovely stay at a hostel in the Hutons near the subway. The owner takes great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment with beautiful plants and flowers inside and out. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English, providing me with valuable tourist information. Despite being located on a main street, the rooms were surprisingly quiet and I felt safe in the area. The highlight of my stay was the Wall tour offered by the hostel, taking me to a less touristy section for a unique experience. I highly recommend this hostel for a memorable stay in Hutons.
